I started my Weight Loss Journey on Monday, December 11, 2017. I lost 110 pounds and I’m fortunate I’ve been able to keep it off for over 4.5 years. My biggest regret in life was losing all my weight after my dad passed away, because he begged me to lose weight, so I wouldn’t end up just like him. Now, I do 10 miles on my Horizon Elliptical every single day! Currently, it’s been over 1,430 days in a row! And I haven’t had any dessert, fast food, and/or fried food since February 2018.
